The San Francisco 49ers lost another heartbreaking Super Bowl to the Kansas City Chiefs last season, and some fans wondered whether roster moves or coaching changes would change things.

At the helm of the NFC heavyweight franchise is their head coach, Kyle Shanahan, whom many consider one of the greatest head coaches in the NFL. Shanahan has made some changes this off-season, especially to himself.

49ers star running Christian McCaffrey married long-time partner Olivia Culpo this season, and he invited some big-name guests to the wedding. Among them were teammates George Kittle and Kyle Juszczyk and head coach Kyle Shanahan, who was unrecognizable.

In a picture posted to X by Ari Meirov, Shanahan stands beside the aforementioned star’s tight end and full back with a brand-new look. He sports slicked-back hair, sunglasses, and a mustache.

Kyle Shanahan Shocks The NFL With His Brand New Look

NFL fans have much to say about the 49ers head coach’s new look, and some fans are comparing and laughing at Shanahan. One fan compared him to TV personality Doctor Phil McGraw, and it’s questionable, to say the least.

Another resemblance was pointed out by an NFL fan who claimed the offensive guru looks quite similar to the late Walt Disney, and this one is a little more feasible than the aforementioned comparison to Doctor Phil.

As Kyle Shanahan looks to replicate his success from last season in 2024 and, hopefully, this time take home a Lombardi Trophy, fans can’t help but think that the new look may aid the head coach in 2024. However, it remains to be seen.
