Dancing with The Stars host Julianne Hough threw shade at Anna Delvey during the season 33 finale of the show on Tuesday.

The convicted con artist, 33, and her ankle monitor returned to the ballroom with her partner Ezra Sosa, after being the first ones eliminated on the dancing competition.

The duo danced next to Tori Spelling and Pasha Pashkov to Whitney Houston‘s hit song ‘I Have Nothing’, a nod to Anna’s departing comment following her elimination, when she said she was taking away ‘nothing’ from her time on the show.

Delvey was carried onto the stage, mouthing the words to the famous song.

Following the performance, Julianne poked fun at Anna as she looked straight at the camera stating, ‘You know, I’ve got nothing.’

Anna offered an awkward smile in response to the jab, while her partner wiggled his finger teasingly.

The fashionista and entrepreneur, who was convicted of grand larceny after posing as a heiress and whose life was portrayed in the Netflix show Inventing Anna, previously went viral for her one word response to her elimination in September.

She was eliminated from season 33 during the Oscars Night episode along with Spelling, 51.

‘And, Anna, what are you going to take away from this competition,’ Hough asked Delvey at the time.

‘Nothing,’ Delvey said with a small laugh.

‘There you have it. Absolutely nothing,’ Hough said.

‘You had fun. Stop it. Stop it,’ show host Alfonso Ribeiro, 53, said playfully.

‘Yeah, you did,’ Hough told her.

Earlier in her elimination episode Delvey told Sosa that she was ‘happy’ at first after their first dance, but felt ‘upset’ after reading critical comments about her online.

‘I’m used to people who feels negatively about me. I get upset for a short moment of time, but then I just move on,’ Delvey said in a confessional.

Delvey received a score of 17 for her Quickstep from the judges who urged her to bring more energy to her dancing, which she did again while wearing an ankle bracelet monitor

Delvey was convicted in 2019 of eight felony counts, including grand larceny, and was released from prison in 2021.

She has been fighting deportation to Germany and a judge allowed her to wear an ankle bracelet as a condition of competing on season 33 of DWTS.

Dancing With the Stars closed out its 33rd season with a super-sized finale spanning a whopping three hours long.

Fans were stunned last week when none of the top five contestants – Chandler Kinney, Ilona Maher, Danny Amendola, Joey Graziadei and Stephen Nedoroscik – were eliminated.

The finale will also feature special performances from Mark Ballas and Derek Hough along with the stars’ final performances.

Delvey later spoke to Spelling during an episode of her podcast misSPELLING that she responded to her elimination that way, ‘Because that was the truth.’

‘You guys told me what I’m supposed to do. I tried to do it and then I still was rejected. And I’m taking away nothing,’ Delvey shared.

‘This is what I’m taking away from it, because your advice was worthless.’

She then proceeded to double down, ‘I really did not take away much from this experience.’

‘I think I had to be on the defensive, especially after all the backlash that I received being cast on the show, even though the producers [tried] to defend me.’

‘And I think everyone on the cast was generally very nice to me. But in the end, I don’t know.’

Sosa ended up calling her response ‘iconic’ and later got it tattooed on his upper back.
