Miley Cyrus looked like a beach hipster on Saturday.
The 24-year-old hitmaker wore an on-trend Playboy sweatshirt as she strolled with beau Liam Hemsworth in Malibu, where they have lived for the past year.
This comes after she cried on Wednesday’s The Ellen Show as she announced she was donating $500,000 to charities that would help Hurricane Harvey victims.
The donation was made on behalf of her non-profit organization, the Happy Hippie Foundation.
The moment Ellen began talking about her appreciation for the star’s work, Cyrus couldn’t hold back her overwhelming emotion.
‘Thank you … don’t make me cry,’ Miley responded in the sit down interview. ‘I can’t really talk about it [because] it just makes me really upset.’
Cyrus further explained, ‘You know, my grandma’s sitting here [and] my mum’s here, and I go home to my seven dogs — I didn’t have that anymore, it’d just be really hard,’ she said.
‘I hope people understand that I can put myself in those people’s shoes and just know what it feels like to have everything taken away from you.’
Cyrus was just one of several celebs and everyday supporters around the world who showed compassion and dedication to Texas residents who lost nearly everything amidst the natural catastrophe.

Houston Texans’ football star, J.J. Watt continues to set the bar higher through his consistent and heroic charity work.
He’s inspired over 100,000 people to donate to the cause on his YouCaring page, Houston Flood Relief Fund. He once again smashed his new goal of $10,000,000 with nearly $11,000,000 of donations as of Thursday afternoon.
Watt initially created the page Tuesday, which rapidly gained public attention over the course of several hours.
The beloved sports star continues to be so blown away by generosity of community members and supporters alike, he’s upped the goal several times and said he continues to do so for as long as possible.
Ellen DeGeneres herself announced yesterday she would be donating $1 million to Watt’s fundraiser.
The talk show host wrote to Twitter Wednesday night: ‘When #Texas needed him, @JJWatt was there. I was honored to help make this amazing gift from @Walmart possible.’
Watt, 28, said in a new video Wednesday: ‘I got some absolutely incredible news. Ellen DeGeneres, along with Walmart had donated another million dollars to this foundation … So we’re working our way towards the $10 million.
Tennessee Titans owner Amy Adams Strunk was more than happy to donate money to J.J.’s Houston Flood Relief Fund.
‘The flooding and devastation to the Houston area has been painful to watch,’ Strunk said on the Titans’ official website.
‘As a native to the area, I have been so encouraged to see how the locals and the nation as a whole have come together to help one another. The NFL, at the end of the day, is a family that helps one another in times of need.’
Another big donation came in from Houston Rockets point guard Chris Paul, who contributed $50,000.
‘Absolutely incredible. Keep raising money. Keep spreading the word, please keep sending the message out. Can’t speak enough about the goodness in humanity and everybody helping out,’ Watt wrote to Twitter.
‘I had a chance to drive around little bit to see some of the damage, to see some of the flooding. Umm… it’s unbelievable. And obviously there’s still so much work that needs to be done,’ he wrote further.

Hurricane Harvey, a powerful Category 4 hurricane, has been named one of the worst storms to ever hit the United States, and is swiftly becoming one of the most expensive natural disasters in US history.
Damage from Hurricane Harvey could put it among the top five most costly U.S. storms ever, with failing dams and levees driving up loss forecasts, data modeling showed this week.
Estimates for total economic costs and damage shot up earlier this week to $42 billion from $30 billion, as flooding began to spread to Louisiana and flood control measures became overwhelmed, according to Chuck Watson, founder of the disaster modeling firm Enki Research.
Areas east of Houston, Texas have been drenched with more than 50 inches of rain. The storm hovered over southeastern Texas and other parts of southwestern Louisiana.
