BRITNEY Spears has danced away in a skimpy outfit while opening up about her difficult emotions.

The Princess of Pop posted on Instagram on Tuesday with a risqué dancing video and a long caption about the state of the world.

In one post, Britney, 41, danced in her Los Angeles mansion while cradling her dog on her chest.

The star already had a Christmas tree up in the background and played upbeat music as she smiled and gyrated her hips.

The mother of two had her long blond hair down in waves and wore heavy black eye makeup.

Britney wore a skintight, sheer black dress, with the side held together by three silver chains.

The revealing garment showed that she went completely underwear-free, while its sheerness clearly showed off her white and blue bra.

Although she captioned the post with a simple: “Hi !!!” in a post from just hours earlier she suggested she wasn’t quite so happy.

Along with a video of her dog and a photo of a tea bag on a woman’s eye, she wrote: “Tea on the eyes every darn day!!! And let’s just say a master class in heels is pretty hot… still a beginner in some ways!!! I’m grateful for today… it’s a new day… a new word… a new love… which gives me a new way!!!

“The world can throw you curves of nasty… mean… and darn right hateful but there’s too much war and hate in the world. To sit back and smile for the rest of my life I might be the most dangerous woman in the world… but who am I kidding???”

Pop music star Britney continued: “I should just laugh and play tribute to Snow and take all my tears I’ve cried and put them in a bottle of water and proclaim it to something holy!!!

“I mean the water represents the truth… sorrow represents holy ground… and my tears will see joy again soon!!!”

SPILLING SECRETS

Britney’s post about the “mean world” came after she admitted that she was having a hard time with the reception of her book, The Woman in Me.

She shared: “Been so busy lately and there are so many hard things to read in the news about my book !!! Writing the book was so hard!!! Then I woke up this morning and said it’s all relative nothing really matters at this point!!!”

In one shocking admission from the memoir, Britney recalled that she got pregnant while dating Justin Timberlake, 42, and claimed that while she wanted to have the baby, she felt conflicted.

“It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day,” she wrote, according to People.

“This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated. But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy.”

She added: “If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father.”

Britney shared that the abortion was “one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life.”

GOING SOLO

Britney’s husband Sam Asghari, 29, filed for divorce in August.

The U.S. Sun previously reported that Sam is looking to contest their prenup.

He has already requested spousal support and legal fees in his initial divorce filing, while some believe that he is hoping for a large payout in addition.

New court papers obtained by The U.S. Sun and filed on Friday, October 27, in Los Angeles Superior Court feature a notice sent to Sam’s attorney, Neal Raymond Hersh.

Shelley Kaufman, Supervising Judge for the Family Law Division, asked actor’s counsel to take the necessary steps for the case to move forward, including having the summons and petition delivered to the other party and then filing a proof of service with the court, along with completing a Declaration of Disclosure and having it delivered to the other party.

“If you do not want to proceed with this case, you must file a Request for Dismissal with the Court,” the filing reads, suggesting that Britney has likely not yet been sent divorce papers.

Sam’s attorney is being asked to participate in a status conference now set for November 15 at 8.30am.

“If you file a Proof of Service or Request for Dismissal before the hearing date listed above, you do not need to participate in this Status Conference,” the document added.
