London-based paralegal Nay Nay took home a whopping £75,000 in Monday’s episode of Deal or No Deal.
Deal or No Deal contestant Nay Nay has revealed she hasn’t received a penny after banking the ITV reboot’s biggest win ever.
The Hackney-based paralegal played a nail-biting game during Monday’s (February 3) episode of the hit series, in which she instantly declared that she was going right to the end and taking home whatever was in her box.
Host Stephen Mulhern was left speechless when Nay Nay made it to the final two boxes, with both the £75,000 and £100,000 still in play. After turning down the banker’s highest-ever offer of £82,700, it was revealed that Nay Nay’s box held the £75,000 all along.
However, she can’t start spending her winnings just yet, as the star hasn’t been paid the jackpot. Speaking to Metro, Nay shared that the prize money is expected to land in her account in March, giving her time to plan her spending.

She also described how emotional she felt watching the episode back, saying: “All the emotions came back. I started crying again when I was watching it, just because it’s a life-changing amount of money.
“My strategy was my faith. I knew I was going to the end, so my main thing is I wanted to ensure that I had fun, which I definitely did. I mean, my game was so fun. I remember screaming, crying, laughing, and it was just amazing.”
The jackpot has been downsized by a staggering £150,000 since the series moved from Channel 4 to ITV. Contestants previously had the chance to win £250,000 when Noel Edmonds hosted the gameshow.
Nay Nay has shared that she is “absolutely not” disappointed by the reduced jackpot, as she went on the show for more than just the money.

“For me, it was just about following faith, having a new experience and meeting the people that I would have never met before. I’ve met some friends for life; we’re all going to go on holiday together. The experience is more than money can buy. The money is just a bonus,” she explained.
After watching the history-making win, Deal or No Deal viewers quickly took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their congratulations, with one writing: “Amazing game! Just perfect.”
“What a fab episode! Well done Nay Nay!” another added, while a third said: “Good for you Nay Nay, you knew what you were going to do and you stuck to it!! Fair play! Enjoy your 75k!!!!”
Deal or No Deal airs weekdays at 4pm on ITV1
