Jessica Alves says she has been suffering ‘sleepless nights’ since her Instagram was banned this week, leaving her unable to interact with her 7.3million followers or earn a living as an Influencer.

The Brazilian-British TV personality, 40, has undergone dozens of plastic surgeries to alter her appearance.

And she showed off her surgically-enhanced assets in a very busty nurse’s outfit for Halloween, leaving little to the imagination with the eye-popping display.

But despite her fun night out for the spooky holiday, Jessica has been left devastated after her Instagram account was suspended with no explanation.

She told MailOnline she has suffered much ‘anxiety’ and ‘sleepless nights’ since the ban of her account, which she admitted she has become ‘dependent’ on.

She said: ‘This week, all of a sudden, and without warning my account has been suspended.

‘This has led to me suffering a lot of anxiety and sleepless nights. It feels like the end of the world to me now, with the damage to my image and my professional standing in the influencer community. Most important is the damage to my emotional and mental health.

‘I never realised before how dependent on the app I had become, and how important it is to my life until now that it is no longer there, and I have no way to communicate with my millions of followers.’

She added that she has reached out to Meta about her page but has had no response – despite insisting she has never broken any of the app’s regulations.

Jessica candidly opened up about the ‘haters’ she deals with, believing that trolls could be the reason for her account going down.

The model has spent a jaw-dropping £1million on over 100 surgical procedures – but earlier this year insisted she was now ‘100 per cent done with plastic surgery’.

She previously told MailOnline about her experience of having a third boob job: ‘I love being a woman and I take pride in it.

‘Growing up, in my mind I had long hair and a voluptuous body shape and today I am the woman of my dreams. And that is such a great feeling to be happy with my looks.

‘It has been a long journey to be who I am today. With more than 100 operations and over £1million spent, I see that as an investment in my happiness and in my future – at least I will age as a happy woman.’

She continued: ‘I understand that I don’t fit into the normal or classic beauty standards and it was my personal choice, and people should just respect it and let it go. It is my life and it makes me happy to be who I am.

‘I have just had a 3rd boob job in Brussels at BeClinic by doctor Frank Plovier.

‘He removed my old 1500cc and replaced them with 2220cc implants and I couldn’t be any happier.

‘I hardly have any pain and the results are fantastic.’

The night out comes after Jessica opened up on her search for love and recent heartbreaks.

She told MailOnline: ‘I am still a single woman at the age of 40 naturally I do feel lonely sometimes, and I go on dates often aiming to find my Prince Charming.

‘He doesn’t have to be perfect looking, nor rich but just a good man, and lately I have found out that I am sapiosexual, which became even more challenging to find Mr Right.’

‘I suppose because the way that I look like after an extensive amount of plastic surgeries I am dumbed down by most people until they met me or watch me in TV they go, “oh she is a quite nice person, fair intelligent and educated.”

‘I have always seen my life journey with the plastic surgeries as an evolution of my being. At the same time, I also got a good degree and learnt six languages fluently, but to disclose too much of myself on a date can be too much information to a man, so I try to not tell all at once, including the fact that I am a non-biological woman.’
