Her initial encounter with the estate was at a party, and she fell so in love with its tranquility that she convinced the then-owners, Robert and Marlene Veloz, to sell it to her, despite it not being on the market.

The heart of this vast estate is a stunning 23,000-square-foot neo-Georgian mansion, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, rose gardens, multiple terraces, and elegant fountains.
