Kim Kardashian has reportedly purchased a new home in Southern California which supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber use to own.

The 41-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians vet allegedly dropped $70.4 million on an oceanfront estate in Malibu in an off-market deal, according to The Dirt. It has four  bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms inside over 7,000 square feet.

The new purchase is about 14 miles away from the home her ex-husband Kanye West, 45, recently purchased for $57million in the exclusive seaside enclave.

The palatial estate once belonged to Vogue model Crawford, 56, and her husband Gerber, 60, who lived there with kids Kaia and Presley.

The power couple bought it in 2015 and then sold it in 2018 for $45 million to a retired hedge fund manager.

The Mediterranean-style villa was built in 1944 and remodeled in the 1990s and again by Cindy and Rande in 2016.

The previous owner listed the house for $99.5 million in March and then lowered it to about $90 million.

There were still no takers, so Kim and her team were able to snap it up for a little over $70 million.

The Skims founder won’t have to worry about fans trying to sneak a peek inside her beach getaway. The house is invisible from the street and the property is surrounded by a hedge wall and a towering gate.

Behind the walls, the family can enjoy the four bedroom and five-and-a-half bathrooms in the 7,500-square-foot mansion.
