KIM Kardashian has left fans shocked with her appearance in unedited photos with her son Saint in Los Angeles.

The 43-year-old’s critics claimed her face looked “unnaturally filled” as she was photographed attending her 7-year-old son’s basketball game.

Kim wore a tight black turtleneck top teamed with leather pants, while Saint was in a sports jersey and shorts.

The mother and son were photographed going to Islands Restaurant in Thousand Oaks for dinner after his game.

The photos were shared on Reddit, where critics shared their shock at Kim’s face.

One wrote: “Her face now is so unnaturally filled and has that silly putty look to her like her mothers has, that even her paid pap pics can’t hide it.”

Another added: “The lips are getting to me. They don’t align!”

A third posted: “She doesn’t look like herself at all.

“If I saw this out of context I wouldn’t know that it was her, it could be any number of people.”

The TV personality has faced rumors in the past that she’s had lip fillers, a nose job, and a facelift.

The Hulu star has repeatedly shut down the speculation and claimed she has only had Botox.

During an interview with Allure last summer, Kim was asked if she’d had any work done.

“A little bit of Botox,” she said, pointing to the space between her eyebrows, and added that she has “chilled actually.”

She then insisted she has never had lip or cheek fillers, saying: “No filler. Never filled either one, ever.”

Kim added: “No. I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything. I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips,” the Skkn founder said.

BOTOX CONFESSION

Kim also revealed she gets Botox in an episode of the first season of The Kardashians.

The reality star first had the injections when she was 29 years old back in 2010 and swore off the procedure after her skin had a nasty reaction to it.

But on an episode of The Kardashians, Kim said: “Thank God for Botox,” while discussing the stress of studying to be a lawyer.

In a later episode, the Skkn founder joked that she’s had Botox in her neck.

The reality star was being given a singing session by a vocal coach.

The coach provided a few tips, saying at one point: “I’m just talking on pitch. I’m not using my neck muscles. We have 425 muscles in the neck.”

The Skims mogul interjected, quipping: “Half of mine are probably Botoxed.”
