A senior Netflix executive has let slip what they really think about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been backed by Netflix after one of its executives vowed to stand by the couple.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex struck a lucrative £80 million deal with the streaming giant right after they stepped down as senior working royals in 2020.
Harry and Meghan have so far released four projects on Netflix, with the duchess’s lifestyle series, With Love, Meghan, set to air on March 4.
Except for their bombshell docuseries, Harry & Meghan, in December 2022, the couple appear to have failed to make a success out of the rest of their projects, with many speculating whether Netflix would renew their contract, which is set to end this year.
But now Netflix Chief Content Officer Bela Bajaria said she is “excited” for what’s to come from the Montecito couple.

Speaking to the Mail, Ms Bajaria revealed the company will stand by Harry and Meghan and added that the duchess’s new show will be a major hit.
She said: “We have Meghan’s new show coming out, which is great.
“It is such a great take on a lifestyle show and showcase for California, Montecito and nature. It really has great takeaways.
“I was like ‘oh my God, I want to really do that pasta.’ There’s really easy great takeaways on life. I am really excited about that coming out.”
The Sussexes have so far released four projects on Netflix. Their fourth one, Prince Harry’s POLO, was released last December but received less than favourable reviews, with several people branding it a “flop” and “boring”.
It followed the couple’s Heart Of Invictus series, released in 2023, which came after Live to Lead and the Sussexes’s bombshell docuseries.

She said: “It is in development. It is a great book, she had it and we are happy to do it.”
“And we have things in development. Everyone is excited about what is coming. I am really excited for her show.”
The outlet noted that none of the Sussex projects were referenced during the media executive’s presentation of Netflix’s biggest projects this year.
