The Voice Kids' Ronan Keating on his fatherly approach to coaching: 'I wanted to make sure they're protected' | The Standard

Things got hilariously competitive on The Voice Kids UK when Pixie Lott and Danny Jones decided to challenge Ronan Keating to an “Irish-off”! With Ronan proudly representing his Irish roots, Pixie and Danny couldn’t resist putting on their best (or worst) Irish accents to see if they could outdo the real deal.

From the moment Ronan joined The Voice Kids UK, his fellow coaches have never missed an opportunity to tease him—especially when it comes to his unmistakable Irish charm. But this time, Pixie and Danny took things to a whole new level, attempting their own versions of an Irish accent right in front of him.

Danny, always up for a laugh, went full throttle with his impression, while Pixie threw in her own playful twist. The audience and contestants couldn’t stop laughing as the trio bantered back and forth. Meanwhile, Ronan sat there, shaking his head with a mix of amusement and disbelief, before finally calling them out:

“That’s not even close!”
