Trên tuyến QL9 (đoạn thuộc địa phận xã Đakrông, huyện Đakrông, Quảng Trị) vừa xảy ra vụ tai nạn giao thông khiến một tài xế tử vong tại chỗ.
Sáng 7/9, Trạm CSGT Đakrông, Phòng CSGT tỉnh Quảng Trị xác nhận thông tin trên.
Hiện trường vụ tai nạn.
Cụ thể, khoảng 23h15’ ngày 6/9, xe ô tô tải 74C-102.66 do tài xế Nguyễn Phúc Toàn (32 tuổi, ở xã Hải Ba, huyện Hải Lăng, Quảng Trị) điều khiển cùng phụ xe Nguyễn Văn Linh (43 tuổi, ở xã Gio An, huyện Gio Linh, Quảng Trị) lưu thông trên tuyến QL9 hướng Lao Bảo – Đông Hà.
Khi xe lưu thông đến Km 56+262 (đoạn thuộc địa phận xã Đakrông, huyện Đakrông, tỉnh Quảng Trị) thì đâm vào tường hộ lan.
Vụ tai nạn khiến tài xế Nguyễn Phúc Toàn tử vong tại chỗ, phụ xe Nguyễn Văn Linh được đưa đi cấp cứu.
Chiếc ô tô bị hư hỏng nặng, gần 50m tường hộ lan bị húc đổ.
