Taylor Swift posed for selfies with Patrick Mahomes’ mother following the Chiefs’ victory over the Chargers on Sunday – after she was controversially seen celebrating with his brother Jackson during the game.

Swift returned to Arrowhead to watch new lover Travis Kelce‘s latest outing for Kansas City, in which he helped the Super Bowl champions extend their win streak to seven games.

While sat alongside Mahomes’ wife Brittany in the stands, at one stage the pop sensation could be seen performing a celebratory dance and handshake with her fellow WAG, before Jackson appeared to get involved at the end of a clip which soon went viral on social media.

Swift’s fans were left furious that Jackson, the brother of Chiefs quarterback Patrick, was allowed in the same VIP suite as her despite being accused of forcibly kissing a female bar owner, 40, in her office.

He faces three felony counts of aggravated sexual battery, as well as one further misdemeanor count of battery in an alleged assault of a male waiter at the same establishment.

Mahomes pleaded not guilty to all charges and is currently free on $100,000 bond. A Tuesday court appearance for him was postponed, according to the Kansas City Star, after his defense attorneys asked for a continuance.

One of Swift’s fans wrote after seeing her alongside Jackson: ‘I’m going to need someone to get her out of that box immediately. Jackson Mahomes is there.’

Another Taylor fan – and former star of The Bachelorette – Nick Viall added: ‘Chiefs security should be ashamed for letting Jackson Mahomes in the same room as Taylor Swift.’

After the game, Swift managed to grab a couple of selfies with Jackson and Patrick’s mom Randi, who shared the snaps on her Instagram account on Tuesday.

Kelce’s new flame also took a picture with Mahomes’ 12-year-old sister Mia at Arrowhead.

Swift and Kelce have dominated headlines over the past month amid their budding romance, with the pair enjoying a date night in NYC earlier this month.

The singer and songwriter has now attended four of her boyfriend’s NFL games, and so far it has had a positive effect on his form.

After being ruled out with a hyperextended knee in Week 1, when the Chiefs lost to the Lions, Kelce had four catches for 26 yards in his return against the Jaguars. But in the six games since Swift first watched Travis play, he’s caught 48 passes for 499 yards and four touchdowns.

That includes a 12-catch performance for 179 yards and a score in a 31-17 win over the Chargers on Sunday, when Swift was back in an Arrowhead Stadium suite and chest-bumping Brittany Mahomes, wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

In the four games Swift has attended, Travis has averaged 108 yards receiving. He averaged 46.5 in the two games she did not.

Kelce conceded that his new love interest is having a strong impact on his stats during his latest New Heights podcast episode with brother and Philadelphia Eagles center Jason.
