On Sunday, The Buffalo Bills traveled to Houston to face off against the Texans in an AFC heavyweight matchup. The Bills would lose 20-23, but Bills fans are most worried about what happened to quarterback Josh Allen.

He had to leave the game for a play because he had to be checked for a concussion after taking a hard hit and his head making hard contact with the turf.

He would quickly make his way back out, but sideline cameras caught something strange.

It’s being theorized that Allen did suffer a concussion, and instead of taking him out, coaches offered him a strange substance and sent him back in.

When the cameras panned over to Allen right before taking the field again, someone was seen trying to hand Allen smelling salts.

Of course, the smelling salts were to try and revive Allen after the video of his injury made it look like the quarterback went momentarily unconscious.

If this is the case, the Buffalo Bills can fully expect a formal investigation from the league for endangering a player and could face severe punishment.

With how severe head injuries can be, this kind of situation is very serious.

Josh Allen Had An Uncharacteristic Game In Houston

Allen has had a very strong 2024 campaign, but his game in Houston was his worst.

He completed just 9 of 30 passes for 131 yards, one touchdown, zero interceptions, and a 56.4 passer rating. However, he did have four rushing attempts for 54 yards, which improved things a bit.

Despite that, though, he should still be a top contender in the MVP case, with fellow star quarterback Patrick Mahomes having a poor start to the year
