Adam Schefter has revealed that his wife was not happy with his recent raunchy revelation.

Schefter, one of the biggest news breakers in American sports, was on the ‘This Is Football’ podcast with Kevin Clark this week when he disclosed having broken Dale Carter’s suspension right after having sex with a certain woman for the first time.

The football insider claimed he “got the job done every which way.”

It’s like everyone’s trying to top Shannon Sharpe…

Of course, this was before he met his wife, Sharri Mario.

The video of Schefty’s revelation went viral on social media, and he even had to correct a TMZ post claiming he broke the story while still engaged in his bedroom session.

Adam Schefter’s Wife Did Not Appreciate His Wild Story

Schefter has since appeared on WEEI radio, and his hosts were naturally curious.

The ESPN reporter claimed to be shocked by how much attention his admission got, saying his wife didn’t enjoy the story as much as everyone else.

“All day long, I’ve been responding to texts about this, including one from my wife this afternoon,” he said. “My wife didn’t appreciate the story as much as other people, I’d say. I should point that out. Some people enjoyed it. My wife, not as much.”

Still, he was not at all remorseful, stating, “I said what I said,” though we aren’t sure the hosts were able to get him to answer their question, given that they were trying to find out the exact timeline of events as they weren’t clear on when that text came in.

Schefter worked for the Denver Post when this happened around 20 years ago.

He wouldn’t dare mention such an occurrence had it taken place after he met his wife.
