Stefon Diggs just wanted to get some pilates action going, but the machine he was working on had other ideas.
This week, the Houston Texans wide receiver was trying to get his body ready for what might be his only season with his new team when he stepped into a Pilates machine for a workout.
The grueling workout involved using your arms to stretch out two bands while on your knees. The machine also works your abs, arms, back, core, obliques, shoulders, and triceps.
At one point during the workout, Stefon Diggs was moving his arms in what looked like a circular motion when things went terribly wrong.
His left knee slipped off the pad below, and he fell towards the machine as he appeared to avoid serious injury when he fell off to the side.
If Stefon Diggs had been injured, this video likely never would’ve been put out, so you know he was just fine.
Back in April, the Buffalo Bills traded four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans for draft pick compensation.
In return, the Bills received a 2025 second-round pick (via the Minnesota Vikings) in exchange for Diggs, a 2024 sixth-round pick (No. 189 overall), and a 2025 fifth-round selection, per ESPN.
His trade came less than 24 hours after Diggs responded “You sure?” to a social media user’s declaration that he wasn’t essential to the growth and success of Josh Allen.

Bills GM Brandon Beane Explains Why Team Ate Money To Trade Stefon Diggs
The Buffalo Bills wanted to get rid of Stefon Diggs so badly that they ate more than $31 million to trade the star wide receiver.
General manager Brandon Beane explained the reason, telling “The Athletic Football Show” that Buffalo preferred to get “that albatross” of Diggs’ contract off the books sooner rather than later.
“I mean, listen, there’s a lot of things I think you weigh,” Beane said. “A player of his caliber, you weigh a lot of things. But ultimately, we just talked about the (salary) cap. … I don’t need to go through all the reasons why we decided to go ahead and do that. I would say, from a cap standpoint, we decided just to go ahead and eat it out now. We think we can compete and do what we need to do by eating it now. Because if we didn’t, if we tried to come up with some way to split it up too many different ways, it’s just like that albatross hanging on your neck all year. … What’s ’25 look like? What’s ’26?”
