San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle Trent Williams has a heavy heart this week after the announcement he had regarding his family.
San Francisco is coming off a blowout loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday Night Football, but that means absolutely nothing about what Trent Williams and his family are going through.
Williams had to play the game while dealing with grief and mourning as he faced a far greater personal loss, which was the death of his newborn son, Trenton O’Brien Williams Jr.
Trent’s wife, Sondra, shared the aching update on Instagram.
Sondra’s heart-wrenching caption read: It’s been extremely hard trying to process the saddest Hello and Goodbye that I’ve ever had to endure. Last Sunday night on 11/24/24; I welcomed your lifeless 4lb 8oz 18.5 in long little body at 11:38 pm.”
“At only 35 weeks, your impactful and quick arrival didn’t even give mommy time to get an epidural. I’m so grateful to have had your Aunt Katina(who also cut your cord) and nurse Hannah by my side. 🙏🏾”

The San Francisco 49ers Are Having A Rough Year
The San Francisco 49ers were held to just 10 points as the Buffalo Bills stomped to a 35-10 win.
After Sunday night’s humbling loss in snowy Buffalo, the team fell to 5-7.
The tough year they endured only got worse as they remained in last place in their division.
