How Will Smith praised Kenyan Fatboy

Smith was so taken with Fatboy’s animation that he shared a clip on his Instagram featuring a character voiced by TikToker Kapinto.

“I love this character! @fatboykenya,” Smith captioned the clip.

In the shared animation, Kapinto’s character is seen praying for blessings, not just for himself but also for his enemies, requesting that they be blessed a hundredfold more.

The animated character’s prayer goes, “Mungu ukinibariki, usisahau kubariki wengine, sana sana maadui zangu, maadui zangu wabariki mara mia!” which translates to “God, when you bless me, don’t” forget to bless others, especially my enemies, bless my enemies a hundred times more!”

To the character’s surprise, a thunderous sound is followed by cash falling at his enemy’s feet.

Fatboy expressed his gratitude towards Smith in the comments for sharing his work.

He wrote:

“Thank you ! @willsmith.”

He also acknowledged Kapinto’s contribution, saying:

“Big Shout out to @kapinto_ for the amazing voice acting.”

Kapinto himself responded to Smith’s post, ecstatic that the renowned actor had recognised his voice.

He exclaimed:

“Usisahau, oh my God! Can’t still imagine @willsmith knows about my voice!
