When asked if she planned to return after her tour for her show “Ellen’s Last Stand…Up,” DeGeneres replied firmly, “No. This is the last time you’ll see me. After my Netflix special, I don’t want any more.
” She provided no further details, simply stating, “I’m leaving, goodbye.” Despite fans pleading for her to stay, DeGeneres remained resolute in her decision.
Her departure follows a tumultuous period marked by accusations of a toxic work environment on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
