It’s the time of year when everyone around the world starts planning their fitness goals.
And Chris Hemsworth is helping fans achieve their New Year’s resolutions for 2021 by offering six weeks of free access to his workout app Centr.
Posting to Instagram on Thursday, the 37-year-old Thor actor shared an exercise video to encourage his followers to join the program.
‘To help you really nail your New Year’s resolutions we are giving away six weeks free on @centrfit! Happy New Year,’ he wrote in the caption.
In the footage, Chris flaunted his muscular physique in an all-black ensemble featuring shorts and a singlet.
He performed a number of strenuous workouts, including a rope climb, weights and tossing a medicine ball.
Chris provided some inspiration in a voice over, saying: ‘Last year was kind of a pain in the a**e, am I right?
‘Is this year going to be better? It damn well better be, but I am not going to sit around hoping for it and neither are you.
‘It’s time to get up, get moving, fight back, do the work and take care of yourself.’
The six-week free offer is available from December 30 to January 7, and can only be redeemed via the website or the Google Play store. Once signed up via the website, Apple users can then download Centr on their device.
Chris launched Centr in January 2019. The program offers personalised plans to help users achieve their fitness goals, including more than 1,000 unique workouts and over 500 recipes.
Members will also have access to Centr’s private Facebook group, which provides a supportive space for users to share their experiences with others from around the world.
