Hours after his concert, disgraced Astroworld Festival founder Travis Scott dined al fresco on pizza and fettuccini with a mystery woman while at a restaurant in Rome’s trendy Monti neighborhood on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old Texan’s busty blonde companion coordinated with him in a cropped grey tank, blue cargo jeans, and sneakers.
Travis (born Jacques Webster) has two children – daughter Stormi Webster, 5; and son Aire Webster, 18 months – from his on/off five-year romance with The Kardashians producer-star Kylie Jenner, which ended in January.
Scott was also joined in Italy’s Eternal City by a large bodyguard rocking a frizzy ponytail and Crocs clogs as he guarded the auto-tune rapper.
The Cactus Jack owner bared his tattooed sleeves in a grey tank top emblazoned with the word ‘HARD’ along with black flared, detachable cargo pants, sneakers, and expensive diamond jewelry.
Travis later posted a tourist snapshot of himself posing in front of the Colosseum, ancient amphitheater built in 80 AD not far from Rione Monti.
Scott – who boasts 82.2M social media followers – captioned his Instagram slideshow featuring a red Mercedes-Benz G-wagon: ‘When in Rome.’
And on Wednesday, La Flame Instastoried videos from his Mediterranean cruise aboard a fancy yacht.
On Monday, 60 of the 60K people attending Travis’ Apple Music-sponsored concert at the ancient chariot-racing stadium Circus Maximus ‘required medical attention’ and the show caused an earthquake-like effect through the city – according to Italian news site Ansa and New York Times.
Rome’s civil protection department stated that many injuries were due to someone releasing pepper spray into the crowd, and one 14-year-old fan was hospitalized attempting to scale a 13ft wall.
Scott surprised the audience by bringing out disgraced anti-Semitic rap star Kanye ‘Ye’ West, who performed Praise God and Can’t Tell Me Nothing with him.
‘Only one human being on this motherf***ing planet that has ever walked side by side with me through anything and every motherf***ing thing,’ the Delresto star said onstage.
‘There is no Utopia without Kanye West. There is no Travis Scott without Kanye West. There is no Rome without Kanye West. Make some noise for Ye!’
Travis’ 24-date Utopia Tour Presents Circus Maximus – in support of his fourth studio album – officially kicks off September 25 at the United Center in Chicago.
It marks Scott’s first tour since the 2021 Astroworld tragedy claimed the lives of 10 people by ‘compression asphyxia’ – Madison Dubiski, 23; John Hilgert, 14; Bharti Shahani, 22; Axel Acosta, 21; Brianna Rodriguez, 16; Mirza Baig, 27; Franco Patino, 21; Jacob Jurinek, 21; Rodolfo Angel Peña, 23; and Ezra Blount, 9.
4,900 attendees were injured and 25 were hospitalized after the negligent ‘mass casualty’ event at NRG Park in Houston, but a Texas grand jury declined to indict the eight-time Grammy nominee and and five others on criminal charges after a 19-month investigation.
On August 3, Rolling Stone reported that Travis settled a lawsuit with the family of John Hilgert, and he previously settled lawsuits with the families of Axel Acosta and Brianna Rodriguez back in October.
Scott was previously arrested for disorderly conduct in 2015 for encouraging fans to jump the barricades at Lollapalooza, and in 2017 for inciting a riot at an Arkansas show.
