Travis Hunter is hearing lots of noise about his relationship following his sideline argument with his girlfriend Leanna Lenee.

The Colorado star went viral after cameras caught him trying to hold and kiss her after his win over Oklahoma State while she was having none of it. They appeared to argue a few seconds later.

The incident has turned fans against Leanna, and she did herself no favors after she admitted she ignored Travis at first because he wasn’t her type. Even Godfrey, the comedian, had something to say about that, as he advised the cornerback/wide receiver to ditch his partner in a bit of a rant.

Travis, who has probably had enough of people telling him what to do lately, fired back, telling the comic to mind his business.

Social Media Split Over Travis Hunter’s Reaction

While some understood Hunter’s reaction, others felt like he was being hard-headed.

“Travis has a point. That man don’t need any unsolicited relationship advice from any old man other than his coach. What 21 year old man wants an outsider’s opinions on who he chooses to marry?” someone asked.

“Fam if he wants to be finessed just let him, he’s not the first and won’t be the last,” another wrote.

“He wasn’t her type until somebody said “girl u don’t know who he is” 🫠,” someone claimed.

“You can’t tell a young person nothing when they’re in love. Let him learn the hard way,” a user suggested.

“His family is telling him I bet it lol,” another guessed.

“Lmaoo yooo ya know this happens all the time plenty of times ur not in to someone or didn’t even think about them that way and u later start liking them,” someone pointed out.

As young as he is, Travis is still a grown man. If everyone ends up being right about his girlfriend, then ah, well…
